We recommend that forks be serviced every 15 to 20 hour intervals and shocks serviced every 20 to 30 hour intervals for optimum performance.
WORX Fork Service
We dissamble the forks and all components are cleaned in a solvent tank. Fork seals are replaced and all other parts are checked for excessive wear and replaced per customer request. we polish the fork tubes and inspect for dents or excessive wear. If customer request we then perform the proper revalve per rider weight and rider style. The forks are assembled and filled with high performance fork oil and the clickers are adjusted for the riders performance.

WORX Shock Service
We disassemble the shock and all components are cleaned in a solvent tank. All parts are checked for excessive wear and replace any parts out of tolerance.The shock shaft is checked for truness and polished for smooth operation for a good seal life. We then perform a revalve (if the customer request this service). The shock is assembled using high performance shock fluid and very carefully bled the system from all air. The correct shock spring rate (revalves only) is installed and the clickers are set for the riders performance.

Warranty
All work performed by WorXRacing is guaranteed for 30 days against defects in workmanship and materials.
All Re-Valve work is guaranteed for a period of 20 days to the customers satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with the Re-Valve work, please contact us immediately. We will either help you adjust your suspension or we will Re-Valve it again. Sorry, No Cash Refunds.
Warranty only applies to parts worked on or replaced. For example, If your forks are Re-Valved and new seals are installed, the re-valve and seals are covered under our warranty. However, if the engagement bushings fail, they are not covered, nor is the labor to replace them.
Damage in Shipping - any damage in shipment is the sole responsibility of the carrier. WorXRacing is in no way liable for any damage in shipment.
Shipping Charges - the customer is responsible for all Shipping charges to and from WorXRacing. We will accept no COD packages from the customer.
